TOTTENHAM’s fine season is being driven by the powerful personalities he has at his disposal, manager Mauricio Pochettino has said.
And he has urged his players to believe they can win trophies with the club in the near future.
From skipper Hugo Lloris to Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld to Harry Kane, the Argentine feels he has no shortage of leaders in his squad, and suggested Spurs are reaping the benefits both in the dressing room and on the pitch.
He said: "For me, every single player in my squad has the potential to be a leader. It’s important to have good characters, big personalities and a will to win. I’m happy with the way they are in the changing room and on the pitch.
"It’s important that the players believe they can achieve their dreams and win trophies."
